For international customers we offer payment by credit card only. For customers with a delivery address in Sweden we have several options. Please read more about our Swedish payment options in the link Shipping and Returns.
Seapro offer all customers a 30 days purchase on approval and right to exchange goods if not satisfied. Returned goods shall be unused in order for the terms to apply. When goods are exchanged the new goods are shipped back to the customer at Seapro expense within Sweden. These rules apply to all of the goods we sell. Normally all the goods you find in the web shop are kept in stock. We do however reserve ourselves against occasional products temporary being out of stock. If a product is delayed we willingly assist you in finding suitable alternatives. If a delayed product is no longer manufactured or have an unusually long delivery time we reserve the right to remove that product from the order.
Payment by credit card
We cooperate with one of the largest suppliers off online payment methods, Sveawebpay. They administer all of our credit card payments. All communication is processed directly through your banks secure payment system, all the traffic is encoded so no outsiders can view your personal information.
Your deal is closed when you receive a confirmation in our web shop. You will also receive an e-mail that confirms your order.
At the moment we accept the following credit cards in our web shop: Visa, Mastercard and Diners Club.
We cannot accept credit cards issued outside europe.
