NOC Cruise open heel fin. A highly effective and very soft open heel fin with a big foot pocket in silicone, making the fin suitable for both dry- and wetsuit boots. The fin is made with a soft material in center and a sturdier material in the outer parts of the finblade to make the fin very effective yet really easy to swim with. The Cruise fin is equipped with quick-adjustable buckles.
